Council accounts and Annual Governance Statement
We publish an annual Statement of Accounts to give electors, local taxpayers, councillors and other interested parties clear information about our finances.
The Council also publishes an Annual Governance Statement, which reviews our Local Code of Corporate Governance. This can be published alongside, or in the actual Statement of Accounts.

Current Statement of accounts
Due to the delay in respect of prior years’ accounts finalisation there has been a delay until 30 June 2024 in the completion and subsequent publication of the current unaudited draft Statement of Accounts.

Code of Corporate Governance
Our Code of Corporate Governance [PDF, 0.6MB] describes the framework in which we direct and control our functions and relate to our communities. It was agreed by Audit and Corporate Governance Committee and will be evaluated annually within the Annual Governance Statement.
