AI competition: Terms and conditions

We are offering people who enter our 'Name the AI Assistant'  competition the chance to win a £50 One4All Shopping Voucher, valid in a range of high street stores. Here are the rules for this competition:

1. You must live or work within South Cambridgeshire to enter this competition.
   
   
2. Council employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
   
   
3. Entrants must enter the competition by:
   • completing the competition entry form linked on this page, or
   • posting your completed survey, along with your contact information and the key phrase, to the Policy and Performance Team, South Cambridgeshire District Council, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridgeshire, CB23 6EA. Only one entry per household will be accepted.
4. Only one entry per household will be accepted.
   
   
5. One winner will be selected at random from all completed online and postal entries following the closing date, which is 5pm on Tuesday 15 October 2024.
   
   
6. Details for collection or delivery of the prize will be confirmed with the winner.
   
   
7. The winner will be notified in October 2024.
   
   

8. This prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

9. The Council reserves the right to take and use photographs for publicity purposes of the winner and to publicise their name and locality (village) in South Cambs Magazine, on social media sites and through the press unless they request anonymity within seven days of being notified they have won.

10. The Council’s decision on any matter concerning the draw will be final.

11. The Council reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
