The following planning applications were considered at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee held on Wednesday 13 September 2023 at 10am at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.   

• Application to vary condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission S/4191/19/FL, which relates to 80 new apartments on land to the west of Neal Drive, Orchard Park. The application covers various alterations including removal of underground car parking, alterations to cycle storage, increased number of electric vehicle charging points and alterations to apartment mix.

  Decision: Approved
