The following planning applications were considered at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee held on Wednesday 12 July 2023 at 10am at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.
- The creation of a food hub and parking at The Avenue Business Park, Brockley Road, Elsworth.
Applicant: Davison and Co.
Decision: Approved - Installation of a solar farm on land to the east of Lords Bridge, Barton.
Applicant: University of Cambridge
Decision: Approved - Demolition of existing buildings on land to the north of 39A Station Road (West) in Whittlesford, to be replaced with a residential development of 48 homes with associated landscaping, car and cycle parking and bin stores.
Applicant: Whittlesford Parkway LLP
Decision: Approved - The details of 118 new homes on parcel 2.1 of Cambourne West, Cambourne.
Applicant: Bovis Homes Cambourne West LLP
Decision: Approved
