The following planning applications were considered at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee held on Wednesday 17 January 2024 at 10am at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.
- 256 new homes, including 102 affordable properties, along with the change of use of the existing marketing suite to a café, on land to the south of the pond at Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne.

- A greenhouse, summerhouse, garden shed, and bicycle shed, and the removal of an old shed, at Whitehall, 9 Chapel Lane, Fowlmere.

- The demolition of agricultural buildings, and the construction of five homes at Rose Villa, Little Heath, Gamlingay.
