Employment Support
WorkWell is a free programme that helps people who may be struggling to find or keep a job due to a health problem. This new programme is open for referrals, and you can refer yourself through the link below.
The WorkWell programme matches local people with a work and health coach who can establish what you need help with, support you to overcome barriers, and help you find the right local support. The charity CPSL Mind will be delivering the WorkWell programme across South Cambridgeshire.
Their team of trained work and health coaches can work with you to understand your needs and help you develop a personalised support plan. This may include connecting you to a range of local services and support, for example:
- Financial advice and debt management
- Employment advice and support
- Health and wellbeing services
- Housing advice
- Training and skill development
- Relationships and domestic abuse
- Home adaptations
- Carer support
- Substance misuse
WorkWell is available to anyone living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and will run until 31 March 2026. It is supported by NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) with funding from the Department of Work and Pensions and is delivered in partnership with local organisations.
