The following planning applications were considered at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee held on Wednesday 14 August 2024 at 10am at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.

• Extensions and alterations to hotel to provide additional bedrooms and associated facilities including extension to restaurant and spa and gym, demolition of outbuildings, single storey extensions at Quy Mill Hotel, Stow Cum Quy.

  Decision: Approved

• Change of use of land to use as a gypsy and traveller caravan site with a total of 5 No. caravans, including no more than 2 No. static caravans, together with laying of hard standing, erection of dayroom and access improvements.     

  Applicant: Mr Pender Smith

  Decision: Approved
