This guide is designed to give information on community transport schemes and their providers operating in South Cambridgeshire. We want to increase awareness of what is available and help people to locate and contact providers. We are keen to offer choice to the public and encourage the use of all types of public and community transport.
Community transport can include:
- dial-a-ride services using wheelchair accessible minibuses
- village-based community car schemes
- moped and mobility scooter hire
These can be used by anyone who does not have their own transport and who cannot access public transport services easily.
You can also contact the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority's Community Transport Officer about your transport needs on 07874 861259.
Below are a list of schemes available in the district to help you travel around easily and safely. You can also find information on public transport, including bus and train travel, and help when travelling to medical appointments.
