Level 2 food safety and hygiene training

We have collaborated with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health to offer comprehensive Level 2 food safety and hygiene in catering training. This has been written in partnership with subject matter experts including Environmental Health Professionals.  

This training is offered at a subsidised rate of £28.95, which also includes a free training module on 'Serving the Allergic and Food Intolerant Customer'; this module would typically cost £26.95.  

This course is an online course that can be completed via an e-learning platform, making it available to your team anywhere and anytime. With the easy-to-use e-learning platform, you can track progress, measure performance and start training courses without delay. 

Successfully completing our food safety training package will demonstrate your commitment to food safety hygiene, it will also be recognised that your knowledge meets the highest standards of food safety and hygiene requirements.

Book your Level 2 food safety and hygiene training

Once purchased, you will receive a personal access code via the email (provided as part of your purchase) when logging on to the e-learning portal. 

When you access the e-learning portal you will need to choose ‘continue with access code’, enter your personal access code and follow the subsequent steps.

This e-Learning course is an essential guide for anyone involved in food preparation, where learners will understand allergies and their causes; food labels with an ingredients list; warnings on packed food and preparing and serving non-packed food.

  • serving non packed food
  • allergy labelling - food prepacked for direct sale (PPDS).
